Four Seasons Roast Duck
Probably the best Roast Duck I have ever had. Might be due to the fact that I was a little home-sicked about Malaysian/Chinese food and includes rice. But Four Seasons really serves fat, juicy roast duck! When eating roast duck, the most important part is that layer of fat below the crispy skin, and the sweet and savory gravy in which you dip duck meat slices. They have conquered our taste buds!

Borough Market
One important thing to do in London other than seeing all the attractions is to visit their markets! One of our favorite is the Borough Market, which concentrates on selling food. From fresh, raw food to cooked food, you name it, they'll probably have it. One of my favorite stall is this cheesecake stall. It might be the best cheesecakes I have ever eaten for the price I paid. I had their cakes twice. First time under recommendation of Daniel and second time alone. Daniel didn't get a piece for his second time and went to another stall instead which he regrets greatly. Anyway, I had a blueberry cheesecake and Bailey's cheesecake. Blueberry cheesecake is good, with all the milky cheese and blueberry jam on top and Bailey's cheesecake was even better. With the Bailey's sponge in the middle, it makes the cheese not too overwhelming.

Breakfast out of the room
When we went to Blackpool for our dance competition, we got served English Breakfast in the B&B we stayed in. Well, I don't particularly like English food, and so the English Breakfast was actually just okay to me. But the lady who served us was really very nice, so, no matter how bad the food was (I am referring to the sausages only) I still try to finish everything. A full English Breakfast comes with eggs, bacons, sausages, baked beans, harsh brown and half grilled, juicy tomatoes. The sausages are nothing like the sausages we had back in Singapore/Malaysia. It does not have the though texture. Instead, it is just "nuah". I can say it is the worse sausage that I have ever eaten. But probably because I am not used to it, and will never get used to. Other than the sausage, everything was really good.

Breakfast in the room
After coming to England, our breakfast was quite routine. It will be either bacon and cheese sandwich or cereal with milk. When it comes to cheese, there are so many to choose from. You can have singles (those that McDonald's used). The color is very dark of yellow that it looks orange. Then we have the cheddar, from young to mature. The taste supposed to be stronger as the cheese aged, but seriously, I could not tell any difference. And there is Gouda, which is the Holland's cheese. This is much milky than cheddar. After Gouda, we tried Edam. But our favorite would be the red leichester (pronounced as les-ter) cheese The cheese is somewhat orange in color and it has very very milky after taste. But red leichester is among the more expensive cheese, so it was just a one time off. I shall try to go Tesco and take some pictures of the different cheese! When it comes to cereal, all our favorite would be the Crunchy Nut! It is honey-based cornflakes with nuts. So very fragrant and filling. But credits have to given to Tesco's house brand cereal. Boyfriend especially love their Maple Syrup and Pecan cluster.
